Maitake Mushroom
Maitake Mushroom are commonly found growing at the base of oak trees, and are known in the west as Ram’s Head Mushrooms. They can grow to a staggeringly large size, upwards of 100 pounds. Mechanisms
Maitake mushrooms have been used as an immune stimulant in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine for centuries.
